How do you look after my personal details?
Do I need to create an online account to place an order?
Nope! You can checkout as a guest. But we recommend creating an account to make checking out quick and simple for your next visit.
Can I cancel or make any changes to my order?
Our team begins to process your orders as quickly as possible to get to you as soon as we can. Because of this, we can't always cancel or change your order after it has been placed. For more info please see our Terms Of Service.
I've placed an order but not received a confirmation email. Does this mean my order hasn't gone through?
Not necessarily! We might be having a technical glitch on our side. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll figure it out for you ✨
I've received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?
Oops - sorry! That was definitely not our intention. Please drop us a note and we will get back to you with a solution.
What should I do if an item I've received is faulty?
Take a 📸 for us, describe the issue and send us an email. We'll also ask you to send the product back to us so we can inspect it and see what we can do for you. Please see our Terms of Service for more infomation.
I want to place an international order. What currencies do you accept?
At the moment, we accept Pound sterling, US dollars, and Euros. Stay tuned for more as we grow! 💸
Where can I find the garment details and washing instructions for products on your website?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on where you are based. We aim to fulfil orders within 5 working days and to get everything to you as soon as possible. With COVID, please leave enough time if you are ordering internationally for your local customs and duties. We'll also send through tracking information to you so you'll be updated on your parcel's wherabouts.

Do you do international delivery?
Yes we do! We are currently testing out our international shipping 📦 to Canada, US, Europe, and Singapore. Customers will need to pay for shipping and local duties on arrival. As we grow, we hope to reduce these costs for you!
Do I pay for delivery of each item separately?
At The Soko Edit we do not drop ship items. One of the perks of shopping with us is that you only pay one delivery cost for however many items you order 💕!

Once I've returned an item, when do I get my refund?
This will depend on how long it takes us to receive the item and process the refund. We'll do this as quickly as possible!

The three of us are based in Singapore at the moment and our company is registered in the UK.
